Operations Director Opportunity

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join a leading specialist manufacturer. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the site operations, including production, finishing, distribution, and quality.

About the Role:

  • Lead the site operations team to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company assets

About You:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of welding and fabrication processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
