Operations Director Opportunity

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join a leading specialist manufacturer. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the site operations, including production, finishing, distribution, and quality.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the site operations team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and control end-to-end high-specification projects.
  • Be recognized as the site technical specialist.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
