Location: Site Based, commutable from Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Maesteg and surrounding areas.
We are seeking an ambitious leader with a background in Welding and Fabrication within the Manufacturing or Production industry looking to take the next step in their career.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the manufacturing and operations team, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing and operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements.
