Job Summary:

The Field Sales Manager will report to the CEO of TalentSource International. The role requires a great motivator and trainer of door-to-door sales people with excellent communication and persuasion skills, experience in field sales, and a deep understanding of the door-to-door sales industry in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team in Manchester and develop further locations around England. Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with our clients' key account managers.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Recruitment: Interview candidates and select the best people for the field sales positions.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of field sales experience.
  • Experience in leading and developing residential (D2D) field sales teams.
  • Individuals must be achievement-oriented and growth-minded.
  • Consistently high performer.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Competent in using field sales software.
