**Job Details**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Godalming, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger, undertaking elements of credit control, and liaising with families and funders.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of invoices against statements.
- Undertake elements of credit control, including chasing outstanding payments and managing cash flow.
- Liaise with families and funders, providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly.
- Maintain various spreadsheets and general administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
