About the Role

Just Clear is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, laws, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with expertise in XERO.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, with a focus on risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
