Financial Operations Manager

With a network of depots across the country, the company offers a range of services, including house clearance, probate estate management, office clearance, hoarding clearance, and recycling services.
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role involves engaging with various departments to support financial decision-making and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including risk management and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and drive business growth.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and drive decision-making.
Requirements
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Financial reporting and analysis expertise.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience with XERO.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
