Job Summary

This Service Delivery Lead role involves overseeing all aspects of contracted food services within the unit, focusing on staff management, operational planning, cleaning, and food preparation coordination to drive sales through innovative menu plans and promotions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety, adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures, including food handling and fire protocols.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of Food Safety and Health & Safety documentation to guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment faults promptly.
  • Deliver effective food service provision, upholding quality standards and meeting specified timelines to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Model the ESS Way values and Compass DNA behaviors, effectively managing labor costs and conducting regular team meetings.
Key Performance Metrics
  1. Drive sales growth through creative marketing efforts and maintain compliance with Profit Protection audits.
  2. Timely and accurately manage financial documents, forecast expenses, and submit regional financial reports.
