Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at WE Talent. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices from suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and PayPal accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including chip and pin refunds, credit card statements, and journal entries.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to client queries and resolve any issues related to financial transactions.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Financial Controller.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Qualifications: A-level of AAT completed or equivalent, with a desire to continue professional development.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, good IT skills, including Excel, and excellent communication skills.
