Job Title: Experienced Financial Auditor

Job Summary:

The Financial Systems team at Epsilon is seeking an experienced financial auditor to support the implementation of new technology and the maintenance of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Finance/SC Systems.
  • Work closely with the Finance and SC teams to provide support in the development, testing, and implementation of Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent.
  • Assist in new sales compensation plan implementations, including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, testing components.
  • Collaborate with individuals across the organization, including finance, accounting, internal IT, and BI/EPM and finance system support teams.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Financial systems team to proactively maximize utilization of technology for automation of manual job duties and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial system administration, configuration, or development.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling.
  • General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses.
  • Experience with Xactly highly preferred, experience with enterprise analytical systems required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
