Job Title: Experienced Financial Auditor, Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced financial auditor with expertise in financial services to join our team. As a financial systems support specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our financial planning and sales compensation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system, including sales compensation plan development, testing, and overall system maintenance.
  • Responsible for configuration, testing, and implementation of sales compensation plans in Xactly Incent, including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the sales compensation team.
  • Assist in new sales compensation plan implementations, including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, testing components.
  • Work directly with individuals across the organization, including finance, accounting, internal IT, and BI/EPM and finance system support teams at the parent company.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Financial Systems team to proactively maximize utilization of technology for automation of manual job duties and process improvement, ensuring that redundancies and/or inefficiencies are minimized.
  • Support Financial Systems Management on other initiatives as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work as a team, collaborate, and meet critical deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Xactly highly preferred, experience with enterprise analytical systems required (Finance/SC systems).
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical business professionals across the organization.
  • Understanding of financial and compensation terms and processes.
