Job Title: Experienced Financial Auditor

Job Summary:

The Financial Systems team at Epsilon is seeking an experienced financial auditor to support the implementation of new technology and the maintenance of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system, including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, and overall system maintenance.
  • Responsible for configuration, testing, and implementation of Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent, including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the Sales Compensation team.
  • Assist in new sales compensation plan implementations, including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, testing components.
  • Work directly with individuals across the organization, including finance, accounting, internal IT, and BI/EPM and finance system support teams at the parent company.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Financial systems team to proactively maximize utilization of technology for automation of manual job duties and process improvement and ensuring that redundancies and/or inefficiencies are minimized.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as a team, collaborate, and meet critical deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Xactly highly preferred, experience with enterprise analytical systems required (Finance/SC systems).
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical business professionals across the organization.
  • Understanding of financial and compensation terms and processes.
