About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric services, including outpatient and community responsibilities, and holding medical responsibility for the population.

This role offers a competitive salary of £105,504 to £139,882 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including a generous relocation package, £2,000 PA study budget, and 30 days study leave over 3 years.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in psychiatry, specifically in learning disabilities, and hold relevant qualifications such as MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, GMC registration, and MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

You will also need to be willing to engage with further training and comply with relevant training requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice.
  • Included on the GMC Specialist register, or within 6 months of completing.
  • Approved Clinician status, or able to achieve within 3 months of completing.
  • MRCPsych or MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
  • DBS clearance.
