Recruitment Specialist

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity to join our team in a newly created role. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, gaining invaluable experience in Recruitment and Human Resources within Insignia Group of Companies, across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in all aspects of recruitment.
- Identify and attract talent through various online platforms globally.
- Leverage social media to engage passive candidates and enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on diverse platforms, collaborating with Hiring Managers.
- Conduct targeted talent searches and candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter for sensitive roles.
- Facilitate the recruitment process by organizing interviews, assessing CVs, and preparing offer letters.
- Manage specific vacancies throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Hiring Managers regarding recruitment updates.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes, such as developing interview toolkits and refining job descriptions.
- Assist with general HR duties, including contract creation, onboarding new hires into the HR system, and managing HR communications.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
- Represent Insignia Group in a professional and positive manner.
Professional Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in hiring across various sectors.
- Prior experience with LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Confident, approachable demeanor with strong communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly conscientious.
- Proficient in negotiation skills.
- An interest in Luxury Services or Finance is advantageous.
