About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a high-quality camp experience
  • Develop and implement camp programs and activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
  • Manage camp finances and resources
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a childcare or youth work setting
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with children and young people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
