Camp Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our award-winning multi-activity day camp during the school holidays.
You will be the key person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in childcare and experience managing small teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver a high-quality experience for children
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the camp, including logistics, safety, and risk management
- Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure the camp runs efficiently
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.
