Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Sheridan Maine (Midlands). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, running credit reports, and providing expert advice on credit decisions.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience in a credit analyst role to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and amending customer account details, undertaking credit reviews, and advising customers on credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate information is entered when processing credit applications
  • Undertaking regular credit reviews of existing accounts and completing risk analysis for all customer accounts
  • Providing expert advice on credit decisions and setting credit limits
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Running credit reports and distribution
  • Answering credit-related queries from customers and wider team

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in a credit analyst role, strong Excel skills, and experience with software applications relevant to credit analysis. Effective communication and time management skills are also essential.

Estimate Salary: Based on industry standards and the location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
