Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Group. This is an onsite role based at client sites across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, requiring excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients in resolving ICT issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are aware of our services, including installations, training, support, MIS support, and GDPR.
  • Travel to various client sites, adapting to changing environments and situations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant IT qualifications, preferably 2nd Line Support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of programming and ability to learn new technologies.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
