Job Description

Oxford Aunts is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker - Home Support Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will deliver hourly care to clients in their own homes, supporting their personal needs, household duties, safe mobility, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality home care services to clients in Woodstock and surrounding areas.
  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assisting with household chores, such as laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
  • Ensuring clients' safety and well-being by promoting independence and assisting with mobility needs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in care work or a related field.
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
