**Job Title:** Education Support Specialist

**Salary:** £20-£30 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)

This role involves working as an academic support specialist, providing one-to-one tutoring in Maths, English, and Science to students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt their teaching methods to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging sessions to students
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to identify individual learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of relevant qualifications and training
