Job Overview

The role of a Learning & Talent Partner at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA is pivotal in driving our organisation's growth. As we transition from a startup to a scale-up, our 2025 goals focus on building capabilities that enable us to achieve strategic objectives.

This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and collaborates closely with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues. We welcome applicants who can commit to part-time or full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Learning Strategies: Design and implement learning programs that support employee onboarding, career progression, and business performance.
  • Early Talent Development: Create engaging programs for early talent, ensuring quick productivity from new hires.
  • Growth Mindset Promotion: Foster a strong learning culture that encourages continuous development, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Training Solutions: Design, source, and deliver training solutions, including coaching, online courses, and workshops, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: Leverage technology to provide personalized, on-demand learning solutions with a blended learning approach.
  • Performance and EDI Initiatives: Embed performance planning and EDI initiatives into learning programs and business practices.

  • Critical Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong project management and problem-solving abilities, and proactive, creative, and adaptable attitude.
  • Capabilities: Ability to build capability across early talent to leadership.
What We Offer

This role is based in East London, with a hybrid working model (2-3 days per week onsite). The SR Group (UK) Limited acts as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
