Customer Growth Manager

Methods is seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join our European Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-led marketing strategies to enhance DTC growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and personalisation, with excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to teams. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret metrics and data to inform business decisions.
The salary for this role is approximately £208,333 per year, based on industry standards and market rates.
- You will support the development and implementation of customer-led marketing best practices to enhance DTC growth, working in partnership with CRM Team, Campaign Analysts, Data & Technology, and other Channel Experts.
- You will lead innovative marketing projects to drive best-in-class initiatives to drive customer growth, such as the European personalisation strategy.
- You will plan digital marketing communications with insight-led, engaging content showcasing clients' products aligning to brand and channel guidelines.
