">We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a specialist in maintenance, construction, and trades recruitment, you will play a vital role in helping clients find the right professionals to fill key roles in their organizations.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Identify and source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client meetings to offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and company targets.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally in construction but open to sector)
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, job roles, and candidate profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mentality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies
What We Offer:
