">We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead our maintenance, construction, and trades recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry trends, job roles, and candidate profiles.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial client meetings to offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company targets.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally in construction but open to sector)
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, job roles, and candidate profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Results-driven mentality
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies
Compensation and Benefits:
