Job Summary

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the effective management of gas transmission and distribution contracts nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, commercial awareness, and NEC contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project delivery plans, ensuring programme requirements are met and company objectives are achieved.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring high levels of commitment and morale, and maintaining good two-way communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and group policies.
  • Act as a strong leader, promoting high standards of health and safety, and environmental management.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure commercial and operations matters are fully aligned and managed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery from start to finish.
  • Commercial and programming awareness, with experience of NEC contract management.
  • Site management safety certificate (SMSTS / IOSH Managing Safely).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working on similar projects for National Grid, Cadent, Northern Gas Networks, or Scotia Gas Networks would be advantageous.
