Night Shift Export AOG Agent

Freightserve, a leading Freight Forwarding and Shipping agency, is seeking a skilled Night Shift Export AOG Agent to join their team.

As an AOG Agent, you will be responsible for handling all AOG shipments from start to finish, completing export documentation, customs entries, and liaising with airlines and transport companies.

The ideal candidate will have air export experience, be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Working hours are 4 nights on, 4 nights off, from 7pm to 7am. Freightserve has a fast-growing reputation with most Freight related companies and is established since 1992.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling AOG shipments
  • Completing export documentation
  • Customs entries
  • Liaising with airlines and transport companies

Requirements:

  • Air export experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
