**Job Description**: As a Community Living Services Officer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing residents' living experiences. You'll work closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to understand their needs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

You'll need to have previous experience in customer service, ideally within a housing environment, and a housing qualification or willingness to work towards one. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Understand residents' needs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Foster relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage budgets, including service charges, and communicate these with residents.
  • Conduct estate inspections and ensure health and safety compliance.

**Salary**: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
