Job Title: Community Living Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Living Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in building a stable and financially inclusive community, enabling residents to engage with and access mainstream services to live independently in their neighborhood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking housing-related support duties in the community across the borough. They will assist in the provision of housing management services and support to vulnerable residents, their families, and carers. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in voluntary or public housing services, carrying out risk assessments, writing support plans, and protecting vulnerable adults and children.

This role is subject to safer recruitment practices as it involves work with children and/or vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will undergo a satisfactory DBS check.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,934 - £40,755 per annum, plus opportunities for professional development and career growth. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable members of society, we encourage you to apply.
