Job Description

At Deloitte LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Security Services Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality, Risk and Security (QRS) community, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing colleagues across the UK firm and Deloitte network in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and update practitioner records on financial products
* Provide robust technical advice to internal customers, from practitioners to partners
* Review and refresh information held on existing clients and maintain our systems of quality control
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
* Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Requirements

* Strong Pension & Financial Product/Investment knowledge
* Excellent research and analysis skills combined with good judgement and effective decision-making capability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with people at all levels across our firm
* An attention to detail to maintain high professional standards with a focus on quality and confidentiality
* An ability to follow defined processes while thinking outside of those boundaries, making reasoned decisions and communicating them with confidence
* Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a dynamic role with multiple, often complex, cases at the same time
