Job Description

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Security Services Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality, Risk and Security (QRS) community, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and colleagues in managing quality and risk.

About the Role

This is an entry-level role that requires no prior quality and risk experience. You will need to have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. You will also need to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and update financial product information and practitioner records
  • Provide robust technical advice to internal customers, including practitioners and partners
  • Review and refresh information held on existing clients and maintain our systems of quality control
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Work effectively in diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive team culture
  • Support risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives within the UK
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of pension and financial products/investments
  • Excellent research and analysis skills, combined with good judgment and decision-making capability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high professional standards
  • Ability to follow defined processes while thinking outside of those boundaries
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
