Job Role

The Purchase Ledger Administrator will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of purchasing, including processing payments, dealing with invoice or supplier queries, and reconciliation.

This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and will be proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office and accounting packages.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

About The Company

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum based on national averages and location

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
