- Organise and participate in recreational activities, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
- A comprehensive training program, including 3 weeks of off-the-job training and support to prepare you for the role.
- The opportunity to achieve a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, funded by Shaw Trust.
