About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Star Academies. As a key member of our business support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional learning environment for our pupils.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial, HR, and business operations, with experience of managing within a public or private sector setting. You will be an excellent communicator, able to write reports for a range of stakeholders, including Governors and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage the school's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement effective business operations, including premises management and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to pupils, teachers, and wider stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the school's leadership team to achieve our goals and objectives.
