About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicles Appraiser Specialist to join our team at Arnold Clark Group. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of vehicles from external suppliers, conducting thorough appraisals, and managing internal and third-party claims.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and organizational abilities. A full UK driving license is essential, and experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new and used vehicles from external suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
  • Conduct thorough appraisals on all vehicles using internal systems, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Manage internal and third-party claims, liaising with departments and suppliers as required.
  • Maintain security and compliance protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Support colleagues in preparing vehicles for handovers and deliveries.
