As a Vehicle Processing Specialist at Arnold Clark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles through our service centre. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving new and used vehicles from outside suppliers and transport companies, completing relevant delivery documentation, and attaching all necessary paperwork to the vehicle.

Another key aspect of this role is carrying out thorough appraisals on all vehicles as soon as they arrive in stock. You will use our internal systems to document any issues or defects and update the vehicle's status accordingly. Furthermore, you will process internal and third-party claims with suppliers and collaborate with internal departments to address any concerns.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.96, which translates to around £26,852 per year based on a standard full-time schedule. Our benefits package features 33 days' annual leave, discounted shopping, private health insurance, and a retirement plan.
