We are seeking an experienced Workforce Development Manager to join our team at Quality Care Recruit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including planning and onboarding, as well as overseeing the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) to ensure compliance with international employment law.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the needs of our care home clients.
  • Sponsorship Compliance: Ensure adherence to international employment law, worker migration, and visa requirements.
  • Employee Transition Support: Facilitate the transition of overseas workers into sponsored, direct, and permanent employment.

A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum and a benefits package that includes flexibility to work from home while maintaining close connections with care home sites.
