Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the construction industry.
About the Role:- As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales and hire of our range of non-mechanical access equipment, including scaffolding, fencing, and safety equipment.
- You will be focused on new business development, with some account management responsibilities, covering a territory that includes Berkshire, Surrey, West London, Hampshire, and parts of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
- You will work closely with our depot/branch team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service to our existing customers.
- You will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to build relationships with key decision-makers at main and sub-contractors.
- You will have a proven track record of success in field sales, with experience in the construction industry.
- You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- You will be self-sufficient and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- We are a market leader in the non-mechanical access equipment industry, known for our high-quality products and excellent customer service.
- We have a strong reputation in the industry and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service.
- A competitive basic salary of up to £35-£45k, depending on experience.
- A quarterly commission structure, with uncapped earnings potential of up to £12k.
- A company car and other benefits, including 25 days holiday and a company pension.
