Gortmore Limited is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team for an immediate start on a Civils project in the Swindon area.
Key Responsibilities:- Previous experience of working on Civils projects, specifically in Groundworks, drainage, service/ductwork installation, concrete, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of setting out using GPS and robotic EDM.
- Ability to manage and ensure QA documents are completed correctly.
- Experience in carrying out ITPs.
- Competence in reading drawings and quantifying materials.
- Excellent communication skills for distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Ability to ensure that works are being carried out to the latest drawings and documents.
- Capability to work as part of a team in assisting site management with materials, KPIs, progress reports, etc.
- Maintain a daily site diary.
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to raise any potential issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Civils projects.
- Excellent knowledge of setting out using GPS and robotic EDM.
- Ability to manage and ensure QA documents are completed correctly.
