Spicerhaart is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Training & Development. Your primary focus will be on providing highly effective administrative support, project coordination, and exceptional customer service within a challenging environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Support the Head of Training by completing all required training and providing effective support for team training.">
  • Book recurring courses into team diaries and allocate delegates onto courses.">
  • Issue invites and reminders to courses and confirm attendance.">
  • Administer feedback, testing, and reporting.">
  • Support content creation and ensure that the onboarding of new starters is in line with company standards.">
  • Communicate with the branch network and manage trainer administration for new starters, leavers, and promotions.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of projects and identify areas for improvement.">

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £22,500 - £28,000 depending on experience.
