Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Training by providing administrative and project coordination duties.">
  • Assist trainers, coaches, and the MLRO team in making best use of their time by handling administrative tasks and project coordination across various activities.">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as outlined by policies and procedures, upholding the company's brand values and core beliefs at all times.">

  • A proven record of accomplishment in providing administrative duties at a management level.">
  • Efficient, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to remain confidential at all times.">

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation skills.">
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft products.">
  • A flexible approach to working hours may be required.">
