Are you a skilled sales professional seeking a new challenge? As a Business Development Manager at White Label Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships in the defense, aerospace, and industrial applications sectors.

This role combines strategic thinking, sales leadership, and relationship-building, offering a unique opportunity for talented professionals to make a real impact. You'll work closely with cutting-edge products used in some of the world's most demanding environments, from aerospace to defense.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize CRM software to track opportunities, manage contacts, and analyze sales performance, optimizing sales processes and workflows.
  • Travel within the UK and overseas, as needed, to engage with clients, attend industry events, and develop business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven sales leadership skills, with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
  • A strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and a passion for staying current with industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn, grow, and evolve with the company.

Compensation Package:
