Job Role: Corporate Documentation Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Corporate Documentation Coordinator for a fantastic opportunity within a leading firm. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with existing knowledge and capabilities in Document Production, Team Leadership, and workflow management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the workload and team, acting as a point of contact for all other team members, and carrying out various tasks including:

* Professional production and amendment of correspondence, documents, reports etc meeting the standards of the in-house style and procedures

* Amendment and production of PowerPoint presentations, charts, mail merges, and graphs

* Effective execution of the department's workflow system in order to successfully prioritize workload

* Highly accurate levels of proofreading and document checking including attachments

* Successful liaison with Document Production Team and Legal PAs

* Assisting other team members with skill development including offering direct support

* Participation in workshops to develop all areas of the service

The successful candidate must possess experience within a similar role in a legal or corporate environment. A salary of approximately $62,000 per annum is offered for this position.
