About the Job

The Senior Sustainability Director role requires a unique combination of skills and experience. You will lead the development and implementation of sustainable practices across our organization, ensuring that we meet our environmental and social responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering projects that contribute to our 2026 business plan KPIs and targets, managing relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of environmental and social sustainability, as well as experience in project and programme management. Business development and financial management skills are also highly desirable.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
