Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Starbucks, working in conjunction with EG Group retail sites. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role:
As a Beverage Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products. You will work closely with the Store Manager, taking charge of shifts and making business decisions when needed. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise, delegate tasks, and motivate colleagues to ensure timely completion of duties, while assisting with training and development.
• Actively participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies, and maintaining clean waste storage.
• Lead by example, ensuring colleagues adhere to uniform regulations, and provide cover during busy periods or absences.
• Prepare coffee, food and other beverages in line with formula standards.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £12.25 per hour, including Quarterly Bonus Incentive and other benefits such as 30% Starbucks Discount and access to the EG Cares Benefits & Rewards Platform. You will also have access to the Learning Hub, featuring the world's largest online course library, and receive Life Assurance.
