Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
">We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FREEADS. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

">The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with a strong background in office management, administration, and customer service.

- Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external clients.">
- Screen and direct phone calls, correspondence, and other inquiries.">
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.">
- Take dictation, minutes, and other documents as required.">
- Source office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.">
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for senior staff.">
- Multitask and prioritize daily workload with excellent organizational and time management skills.">
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues alike.">
Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.">
- Demonstrated knowledge of office management systems, MS Office, and English proficiency.">
- High School degree; PA diploma or certification considered an advantage.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality.">
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.">
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
