The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with a strong background in office management, administration, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external clients.">
  • Screen and direct phone calls, correspondence, and other inquiries.">
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.">
  • Take dictation, minutes, and other documents as required.">
  • Source office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.">
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for senior staff.">
  • Multitask and prioritize daily workload with excellent organizational and time management skills.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues alike.">

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office management systems, MS Office, and English proficiency.">
  • High School degree; PA diploma or certification considered an advantage.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality.">
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.">

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
