Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Services Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. This role will involve coordinating all aspects of freight services, from initial communication to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global freight industry and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agents and customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate freight services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Provide quotations to customers and agents
  • Manage cross-trade shipments
  • Follow up with clients after transaction completion
  • Handle invoicing and other administrative tasks


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping, sea, air, and road freight forwarding
  • Strong knowledge of the global freight industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A collaborative and dynamic team player
