Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with complex care needs in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g., health and social care)
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably with complex care populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
