This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Disputes team based in our Leeds or Sheffield office. As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to develop your knowledge and expertise working with a successful team in one of the UK's leading law firms.

Our Real Estate Disputes team is known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically in commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation. We act for investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.

As a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you'll support the Partners with the continued development and growth of this successful team. You'll have the opportunity to lead on high-value and complex cases, including asset management for investors, one-off contractual disputes for developers, and working in collaboration with the insolvency team.

We're looking for a technically sound Associate/Senior Associate with a passion for Real Estate Disputes. Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrable technical experience gained within Commercial Real Estate and/or Property Litigation
