About the Position
  • This role requires a skilled Senior Care Assistant to work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses and Team Leaders.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will employ a holistic approach to meet the needs of our residents, working closely with various departments within the care service.
  2. You will contribute to our team's collaborative efforts, working together to achieve our goals.
  3. You will perform personal care duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a care assistant or support worker in a similar setting is necessary.
  • A SVQ level 3 or above/equivalent in Social Services and Healthcare (SSSC guidelines) is desirable.
  • A PDA/Equivalent in Supervision is highly valued.
