Security Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in the Bristol Area. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe environment for our clients and service users, while also delivering high-quality guarding and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol internal and external areas to ensure the security and safety of clients and service users.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and service users.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures of buildings, including reception duties and access control.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and conduct emergency procedures.
- SIA Licence required.
- CCTV SIA Licence preferred.
- Security and customer service experience required.
- Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs.
- Must have good command of the English language.
- First Aid qualification a bonus.
- Must have five years of checkable work history.
